PM Awas Yojana – Gramin: 4.2 crore rural homes built
PMAY-G aims to provide pucca houses with basic amenities to all eligible houseless families by 2029.
Each beneficiary receives ₹1.20 lakh (₹1.30 lakh in hilly/NE/LWE areas) in instalments, plus ₹12,000 for toilets under SBM-G and 90/95 days of MGNREGA wages.
Beneficiaries are selected from the Awaas+ 2024 survey, validated by the Gram Sabha.
